ABOUT ME
Born and raised in New York City, I started working at local coffee shops to put myself through college. I balanced a full-time work and study schedule until I was offered an opportunity to become a general manager. I shelved my degree and equipped myself with an enormous amount of experience operating and managing a small chain of businesses.
After spending a couple of years at my company, I decided it was time to expand my skill set. I transitioned to consultation work, to help other coffee shops to optimize their operations, hire and train staff, and assist owners with management and marketing responsibilities.
When I returned to school, I wanted to finish my degree and learn about the fundamentals of marketing and management. I've always had a strong desire to be inventive and creative; like developing interesting concepts, menu items, and designs. I love to challenge myself and learn new ways to express my work.
